If you are unable to search for your student’s details and find the message “the applicant you are searching is not found”, it is either because your student has not made the application yet or because you did not type the applicant’s name properly.
When you search for your student’s details, you need to type the student’s name EXACTLY as he or she has written on his or her application in the order of First name, Middle name, and Last name.
If the student has capitalized his/her name, you also need to capitalize his/her name to find the applicant’s details.
For example, if your student wrote “JAMES Hardy Kim White”, you also need to type “JAMES Hardy Kim White” to find him/her on the system. Otherwise, the system cannot find you the student’s information.
